Focus Group

The Parent Rooms is inviting parents to take part in a one-off focus group designed to gather honest, meaningful feedback from those at the heart of our mission—you. This session is an opportunity for parents to come together in a relaxed, welcoming environment to share their experiences, express their current needs, and help us shape the future direction of our services.

Purpose:
Your voice matters. We want to ensure that the support we offer truly reflects the realities and challenges parents are facing today. This focus group will explore:

• What has worked well in your journey with The Parent Rooms

• Gaps in support and areas where you’d like to see more

• Barriers to accessing help

• Your ideas for future programs, services, or improvements

• How we can be more inclusive, accessible, and responsive to your needs

The insights gathered will directly inform our Operational Plan for the coming year, ensuring our work remains person-centred, community-led, and grounded in lived experience.

Date & Time:
Tuesday 20th May, 10am – 12pm. A light breakfast will be provided.
