What is it?
‘Piecing It Back Together’ is a creative art class. You will learn how to use creative techniques to make items to take home with you, as well as learning tools to support your wellbeing.
What to Expect
Piecing It Back Together will have a maximum of 8-10 other parents attending. Together you will create art, make new friends and have some fun. It will be very informal and relaxed and staff will be on hand should you need any additional support.
Who Can Attend?
This course is available to any parent who may be experiencing difficulties such as loneliness, low mood, anxiety, or who simply just need some time to connect with others and have some time to themselves.
Anything else I should know?
All of our courses have very limited places. By signing up, you are committing to taking part in the full course. If you don’t think you can make the commitment, it is very important that you let us know before the course starts so we can give your space to someone else.

Due to limited resources we are currently only offering our programs and activities for parents who are registered with us for support (with the exception of our drop-in activities such as coffee mornings which everyone can attend). Do I have to pay for this program?
No. All our courses and programs are free for parents who are registered with our service. We only ask that if you book a place that you commit to turning up on the day and if not, giving us notice so we can allocate your space to someone else.
