What is it?
Space For Me is a personal development program designed by and for parents just like you!
The purpose of this course is to allow you to explore different ways to build confidence, learn tools and techniques to improve your wellbeing, and meet others to have fun.
We understand that it can be uncomfortable starting something new and meeting new people. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make you feel safe and relaxed during your time on the course.
What to Expect
Space For Me will have a maximum of 8-10 other parents attending. Together you will take part in fun activities such as art, movement, music, as well as learning tools and skills such as breaking anxiety cycles, managing mood, routine planning, and nutrition.
Who Can Attend?
This course is available to any parent who may be experiencing difficulties such as loneliness, low mood, anxiety, or who simply just need some time to connect with others and have some time to themselves.
Anything else I should know?
All of our courses have very limited places. By signing up, you are committing to taking part in the full course. If you don’t think you can make the commitment, it is very important that you let us know before the course starts so we can give your space to someone else.
