Our programs are designed to equip you with the tools and skills you need to maintain good mental wellbeing as part of a supportive community. We aim to provide free on-site childcare for children under 3 for all our programs.

Check out our events calendar with details of all our upcoming peer support groups, programs, workshops, and events.

Space For Me is a transformational 12-week program that has been thoughtfully designed to help you learn the tools and skills you need to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

You will learn how to manage anxiety, low mood, parenting challenges, routine setting and more. You will also get a chance to try things like music and art therapy, all within a small supportive group.

This program fills up very quickly so you may need to be added to a waiting list. To get the full benefit of the program, you need to commit to the full 12 weeks.

Free on-site childcare will be provided for children under 3.

If you would like any further information, please contact Paul or Chloe on hello@theparentrooms.co.uk or call us on 02895 38 04 04.
